The number of active
members at all grades in the Orlando Section increased from 1267
on May 23, 2012 to 1339 on July 21, 2012.
A comparison with the
totals for July 20, 2011 shows an overall, year-over-year increase in
Orlando Section membership; year-over-year losses among Associate
Members, Graduate Student Members, Life Members, and Members; year-over-year gains among
Affiliates, Life Seniors, Senior Members, and Student Members.

The month-over-month decreases in "Student"-grade
memberships are due to IEEE HQ transfering
imputed graduates to "Member" grade.
From May 22, 2012 through July 21,
2012, 41 new members joined the IEEE in the Orlando
Section: 2 Associate Members, 14 Members, 6 Graduate
Student Members, and 19 Student Members. Please reach out and welcome these new
IEEE members.
